Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying us out. So please know this first.

Within the US:

Returned coffee and/or tea is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you and non-refundable. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.

Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours via email for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours. Please be as detailed as possible and include photo(s).

We will do everything within reason to make things right by getting you a proper replacement. However, we do not issue refunds. 

 

Return and Refund Policy Regarding In-Person Events

We are in person at In-Person Events. This includes craft fairs, vendor fairs, school events, church events, etc. As such, we are able to see the condition of everything we sell you, and answer questions. Therefore, purchases made at these events are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

OUTSIDE THE USA ARE SUBJECT TO RATES BASED ON LOCATION.

We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped. Please know, that we cannot guarantee any orders outside of the US. And there are no refunds on these orders, or the shipping cost associated.
